Off-Ice Training and Strengthing
This class will focus on building a skater’s core strength as well as leg and upper body coordination and strength. We will also focus on mobility which refers to the range of motion of a joint or series of joints (hamstrings are flexible, ankles, shoulders, and hips are mobile). We will be using predominantly body weight along with some speed and agility exercises. Skaters will be sent home with exercises to do throughout the week!
