All area skaters, parents of skaters,
and other interested parties are
invited to become members.

MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES

Members of the St. Louis Skating Club have included beginners, gold medalists, coaches, national champions, world medalists, and Bronze through Gold level U.S. Figure Skating-appointed judges. People of all ages and backgrounds are members. We thank you all! 

Club membership year is July 1 to June 30.

All members must pay their entire membership fee and complete the Emergency Medical Release with current insurance information prior to submitting applications for testing and/or competitions or purchase club ice time.

About our volunteer fee

We keep volunteer requirements minimal and flexible. Members can choose activities that best fit their interests and schedules, from event support to hospitality. If volunteering isn’t feasible, we also offer a buyout option. It’s an easy, low-pressure way to support the club and keep things running smoothly!

Home Club Memberships

Introductory

$70 + $20 Volunteer Fee

Introductory families are required to either serve a minimum of 5 volunteer hours or pay a $20 donation per family. Volunteer hours can be fulfilled by the member or a designated family member, and can be tracked online with our membership site. If the volunteer requirement of 5 hours per family is met, the volunteer fee will be refunded or credited in June.

First-year U.S. Figure Skating members only!

  • U.S. Figure Skating membership.
  • Subscription to Skating magazine.
  • Eligible to vote if 18 years or older. A parent or guardian may vote for members 17 years or younger.
  • Member is eligible to compete at U.S. Figure Skating-sanctioned events including qualifying competitions.
  • Entitles member to participate in all activities of the club including club ice sessions, testing, competitions, ice shows, club meetings and social functions.
  • Certificates of accomplishment for passing proficiency tests and placing at U.S. Figure Skating qualifying events (athletes).
  • Coverage under U.S. Figure Skating’s sports accident insurance policy.
  • Special offers and discounts from U.S. Figure Skating corporate partners.

Home club families are required to serve a minimum of 5 volunteer hours or pay a $40 donation per family.
